While driving to work in the mornings I listen to the news radio station. See what is happening in the world, sports, weather, etc. It is usually the same old same old, but this morning one story caught my ear.
It was regarding McDonalds and drive thru DVD rentals, to ‘help out the busy mom on the run with a car load of kids’.
My only comment after hearing it was the title of this post. Here is the link to the story they were discussing. I think it really says something about our society. Frankly it is a little sad too, especially since it may be out of place now, a few years or even months and such things will be common place. Will we even need to leave our cars? PARK THE CAR AND GET OUT!!!!
